  • 15 extra-large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 large red peppers, sliced
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 3 C arugula
  • 3 floured tortillas
  • Store bought teriyaki sauce

Cook all the shrimp on your stove top oven until tender (or if you desire them cold don't cook them). Then slice the red pepper and avocado.  With a floured tortilla place the cooked shrimp, red pepper slices, and avocado slices. Then drizzle with teriyaki sauce and roll the tortilla up into a wrap.
