  • 1 head of chopped escarole lettuce
  • 3 avocados, pitted and sliced
  • 2 cups of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups of halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups of black olives
  • Mustard seed dressing
  • salt and pepper, to taste
