  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 minced clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Peel and seed the avocados and rinse and drain the chickpeas. Dice half the avocado and set it aside. Mash up the rest of the avocado with the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add salt to season and mash until smooth. To make it really smooth, blend in a food processor. Stir in the diced avocados and serve.
