  • 4 slices of panini bread
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup of arugula

As a panini grill preheats to high, add ½ a cup of mozzarella to one slice of bread and a ½ cup of cheddar cheese to another. Top with two slices of tomato and a handful of arugula, then put the slices together. Place the sandwiches on the grill and cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve while hot and enjoy!
