  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 package of Halloumi Cheese
  • ½ pound of thick-cut bacon
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ½ of red onion, sliced
  • ½ head of lettuce, sliced
  • ½ cup of aioli
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

First, begin by heating a skillet over medium heat and preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Brush the olive onto the sliced baguette and place the Haloumi cheese inside. Roast for 10 minutes, or until the baguette and cheese is golden brown. In the meantime, cook the bacon for 15 minutes, then remove and set aside. Next, add the onions and sauté for 5 minutes. To create the sandwich, spread the aioli on the bread and add the lettuce, tomato, bacon and top with onions. Enjoy!
