  • 12 hard boiled eggs (peeled)
  • 1 1/2 tsp of rice vinegar
  • 6-8 pieces of crispy bacon (cut into tiny pieces)
  • 3 chopped jalapeños
  • 1 cup of regular mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp of ground mustard
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of paprika

Cut the boiled eggs in half length ways. Take all the yolks out and put them into a seperate bowl. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and stir in the remaining ingredients, except the paprika. Place the mixture into a sandwich bag and cut a little whole in the bags corner. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, sprinkle paprika on each of them. Chill before serving.
