Everybody loves the ease and taste of a breakfast sandwich. This one is piled high with thick-cut bacon, gooey melted cheese, and a fried egg.

  • 4 everything bagels
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 slices of American cheese
  • 8 slices of thick-cut pork bacon

To begin, heat two skillets over medium-low heat and toast the bagels. In one skillet, add the bacon and fry for about 10 minutes. In the other skillet, place a round cookie cutter and spray the skillet and cutter with cooking spray. Then, crack the egg inside and fry for about four minutes, or until the egg is set. To flip, remove the cookie cutter, turnover and cook for an additional two minutes. Turn off the heat and place one slice of cheese on top of each egg and cover to allow the cheese to melt. To create the sandwich, place an additional slice of cheese on the bottom of the bagel with top with the hot egg, two slices of bacon and the other half of the bagel. Enjoy!
