  • 1 box macaroni noodles
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 2 C. cheddar cheese
  • 1 C. Colby-jack cheese
  • 1 C. mozzarella
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 1 C. milk
  • ½ C. chopped green onion

Cook noodles according to box directions. In a skillet, cook bacon on medium heat for about 6 minutes or until crisp.
In a medium saucepan, heat butter until melted then add milk and cheeses. Whisk in flour.
Chop bacon and green onion into small bits.
Pour the cheese mixture over the noodles then add green onion and bacon and stir.
