  • 2 pounds of Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices of maple bacon, chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

As the oven preheats to 450 degrees, place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a large pan. Next, mix together the garlic, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in the olive oil then pour over the Brussel sprouts. Sprinkle the bacon pieces on top and let roast for 30 minutes, or until tender.
