  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 pkg. smoked sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. chili pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Cut the bacon strips in half length-wise and cut the sausage into pieces the same length. Wrap the bacon around the sausages and secure with a toothpick. Put the sausages on a baking sheet and top with pepper flakes. Sprinkle a little brown sugar on each sausage and bake for 45 minutes. Once the brown sugar is melted, serve the sausages.
