  • 1/2 lb. prosciutto, sliced thinly

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each carrot. Line a pan with foil and smear it lightly with olive oil. Arrange the wrapped carrots and place in oven to cook.
