  • 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen lima beans
  • 1 (21 oz.) can baked beans
  • 1 (7 oz.) can kidney beans
  • (15 oz.) can great northern beans
  • 1 small onion
  • 18 oz. pork sausages
  • 6 Tbs. ketchup
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Rinse the lima beans under cold water and set aside. In a casserole dish, combine the lima beans, baked beans, kidney beans, and northern beans. Add the onion and sausages. Stir to coat evenly. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, salt, mustard, and pepper. Mix well and cover. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
