  • 1 lbs. chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut
  • 1 zucchini, cut
  • 1 red onion, cut
  • 1/2 C. BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt

Cut the chicken, red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion and place them in separate bowls. Get a skewer and begin layering it by alternating chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion. Now you can marinade them evenly with BBQ sauce and sprinkle salt. Preheat the grill for a medium-high heat and then place skewers on the hot grill and cook. This should take about 10 minutes. Finally, coat the skewers with more BBQ sauce and set aside to cool.
