Ingredients

  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 pound of ground beef, warmed
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 2 cups of chihuahua cheese
  • ¼ cup of cilantro, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, line the tortillas on a baking sheet and brush the tortillas with oil. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Next, warm a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Spread a ¼ cup of refried beans on a tortilla, then top with a ¼ cup of ground beef. Sprinkle about a tablespoon of tomato, onion, cilantro, and cheese on top. Serve and enjoy!
