  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 pound boneless round steak
  • 1 minced clove garlic
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon chopped ginger root

Combine the flour, sugar, soy sauce, and beef broth in a bowl and stir until the flour and sugar dissolves. Cook the beef in a large skillet over high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the broth mixture, garlic, broccoli, and ginger. Bring the skillet to a bowl and then reduce the heat. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
