  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 20 lettuce leaves
  • 1 red chili pepper, diced
  • 1 green chili pepper, diced
  • 1 cup of fresh corn
  • ½ cup of green onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 red chili pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoon of cilantro, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon of fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoon of light brown sugar

For the chili beef:
Begin by heating an oiled skillet over medium heat, then brown the beef, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper for 7 minutes. Then add the chili peppers, corn, green onion, olive oil, and brown sugar and cook for an additional 3 minutes. To serve, spoon the chili beef into the lettuce leaves and enjoy!

For the dressing:
