  • ½ pound cooked brisket, chopped or shredded
  • 1 box macaroni and cheese
  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook macaroni to box directions. Add butter, then salt and pepper to taste; mix thoroughly. Transfer it into a cast iron skillet.
Evenly distribute half of the cheese on top of the mac. Put the brisket on top, then top it off with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Fold in the brisket and cheese into the mac and serve immediately!
