Beer Cheese Spread

Seemingly ideal for tailgating at Packers games in Wisconsin, but no doubt a popular football treat on any turf.

  • 4 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 C. shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1 bottle beer

Combine cheeses, dry mustard, garlic, and red pepper in a large food processor, and process just until blended. Gradually add beer through tube feeder, and process until well blended. Cover and store in refrigerator.
