  • 1 C. rolled oats
  • 1/2 C. sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbs. flaxseed
  • 1 C. whole grain cereal
  • 1 1/2 C. assorted dried fruits (blueberries, cranberries, raisins)
  • 1/4 C. butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 C. stevia
  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Spread out oats, almonds, and flaxseed on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. After, put in a large bowl add cereal and dried fruit. In a saucepan, over medium heat, stir butter, sugar, honey, and vanilla extract for 2-5 minutes. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir until fully coated. Transfer to an 8-inch baking pan and press the mixture down. Refrigerate until firm before cutting.
