  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 T. oregano
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ C. white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Spread out prosciutto on a cutting board and season with oregano. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Place each chicken breast onto a slice of prosciutto and wrap up. In a large saucepan, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center and prosciutto is crispy, about 7 to 8 minutes on each side. Remove chicken from skillet. Pour wine into skillet with garlic and simmer for 5 minutes until reduced by half. Serve chicken with wine sauce spooned over.
