Bite-Sized Turkey Quinoa Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey meat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C. cooked quinoa
- 2 Tbs. garlic powder
- 1/4 C. fresh cilantro
- 1/4 C. diced onion
- 2 T. dried basil
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 C. tomato sauce

Directions
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients besides the tomato sauce to the meat. Roll meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a cooking sheet. Cool them for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Heat tomato sauce and place in a side dish for dipping.
