  • 1 ½ lb. skirt steak, cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 T. fresh black pepper
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • ½ stick butter

Pat steak dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add steaks. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from heat. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Slice steaks and drizzle garlic butter over steaks.
