  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 Tbs. cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. Pepper
  • 1 Tbs. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Tbs. Basil
  • 1/4 C. melted butter
  • 1/4 C. lemon juice
  • 1-2 C. BBQ sauce

Skin and remove bones from salmon fillets. In a mixing bowl add all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl add melted butter, lemon juice, and BBQ sauce. Take salmon and brush on one side the sauce followed by the dry ingredients. Flip salmon fillets and repeat on opposite side. Cook salmon until easily flaked with a fork. Add extra BBQ sauce if desired and enjoy.
