  • 10 slices of American cheese
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 ½ C. skim milk
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 package of elbow macaroni
  • ½ bag of frozen broccoli
  • Paprika
  • Parsley, chopped
