  • 2 Eggs

  • ¾ Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 1 ¼ Cup of Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch of Powdered Sugar (for dusting)

To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cake pan with parchment paper.
