  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 4 oz. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Minced Onion
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Bourbon
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ Cup of Ketchup

Begin by letting the chicken marinate. This can be done over several hours or overnight. In a bowl mix the ginger, soy sauce, onion, sugar, bourbon, garlic, and ketchup. Place the chicken in a dish and pour this mixture on top. After some time remove the chicken from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Bake the chicken for 1.5 hours or until chicken is browned.
