This bourbon chicken casserole is easy to make, while at the same time adding great tasting flavor to each bite.

  • 5-6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 C bourbon
  • 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 C melted butter
  • 1 1/2 C bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 box of white rice

Cube your chicken and set aside in a casserole dish.  Then combine your both soups with the bourbon and cheese.  Once thoroughly stirred pour the mixture over the chicken. Drizzle the melted butter on top and dust the bread crumbs over the top.  Bake for one hour and serve with a side of white rice.
