  • 1 9-inch refrigerated unsweetened pie crust
  • 1 C. sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 C. broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry ground mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9-inch pie dish with butter. Place crust in dish. Layer tomatoes, cheese and broccoli. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over pie crust. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until eggs are cooked thoroughly.
