  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning, divided
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower florets, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/4 C. milk
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the bread crumbs, melted butter, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Cut up the broccoli and cauliflower and set aside. Melt the solid butter in a skillet on medium and cook the onion about 5 minutes. Add the flour, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour in the milk and cook until thickened. Put in the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir until the cream cheese is melted. Add the veggies and toss to coat. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and bake 40 minutes until heated through.
