6-8 servings


  • 1 9-inch refrigerated pie crust (make sure its not sweet!)
  • 1 ½ C. ham, cubed and cooked
  • 1 ½ C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 C. broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • ½ tsp. dry ground mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Grease a 9-inch glass pie dish lightly with butter, oil, or non-stick spray
Place crust in the dish
Add ham to the crust
Layer cheese next, sprinkling evenly
Add broccoli on top, spreading evenly
Whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl
Pour over the layers evenly
Bake for about 45 minutes or until eggs are set and cooked thoroughly
