These Buffalo WIngs are an excellent appetizer for any occasion. Not only are they spicy but they taste amazing homemade!

  • 12 whole chicken wings
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 C. hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder

Using kitchen shears cut chicken wings at the joint. Place chicken either on the grill over medium heat or in a streamer basket over boiling water. Cook until you see grill marks if you are using the grill and for about 10 minutes in the steamer. Remove wings and let cool. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. While chicken is in the oven, take a mixing bowl and combine butter, garlic, hot sauce, salt, and chili powder. Mix completely. When chicken is done toss each wing in the sauce and serve warm.
