Cajun Blackened Chicken and Corn

There is no caging the cajun flavors of this dish. With plenty of spice on both the chicken and corn, you won’t be able to tell which piece is more delicious.

To begin, cut a few deep lines into the pieces of chicken you chose to allow more of the flavor to seep in. Then, mix together the garlic salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and chili powder in a small bowl until everything seems evenly mixed. Coat your chicken and corn pieces in butter and then cover them with the spice mixture.

Over a medium-high heat, grill the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, making sure to flip each piece over halfway through. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, and serve it with the chicken!
