These caramel coconut truffles will be a wintery sweet treat. Each truffle has delicious sugary favors and a yummy coconut winter look.

  • 150g plain chocolate biscuits
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 400g jar caramel sauce
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 C. coconut shavings for coating

Start by laying baking paper on a cookie sheet.  Then crush the chocolate biscuits.  In a large mixing bowl combine the biscuit, coconut and cocoa.  Add the jar of caramel sauce and mix together thoroughly.  Roll spoonfuls of mixture into small balls.  Then coat the truffles in the coconut shaving and place on the baking sheet.  Refrigerate overnight and then enjoy the next day.
