  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups of Swiss chard, chopped
  • 1 cup of onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heat olive oil in an oven safe pan. Add onions and sauté until soft. Add Swiss chard and sauté for another 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, start by beating the eggs, then add the cheeses, garlic powder and a bit of salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the oven safe pan and stir it in with the onions and chard.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until set. Slice and serve!
