  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 C. onions, chopped
  • 3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the soup, mayo, egg, and onions in a bowl. Add the broccoli to the mixture and mix well. Sprinkle on the cheese and mix again. Put the mixture in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake 1 hour until bubbling.
