  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3⁄4 lb provolone cheese, sliced
  • 12 ounces broccoli florets
  • 1⁄3 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • oregano

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Roll out dough to begin. Coat pizza pan with olive oil and spread dough evenly through all edges of the pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on dough. Top with provolone cheese and then add the broccoli florets, which should already be steamed according to package instructions. Use 2 teaspoons to spoon 3/4 teaspoonful size amounts of ricotta around the broccoli areas. Season entire pizza with oregano, salt and garlic powder. Sprinkle mozzarella around pizza. Bake for about 18 minutes or until the crust begins to turn golden. Slice and serve.
