  • 2 Tbsp Margarine
  • ¼ cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • ¼ lb Cooked Ham, finely chopped
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
Saute onions in margarine in a pan for 2 minutes then add ham into the mix and stir for 1 minute
Beat eggs, milk, and salt for 3 minutes.
Mix egg and ham mixture and stir
Pour mixture into a casserole dish
Bake for 40 minutes
