  • 1 C. traditional rolled oats
  • 1 C. corn flakes
  • 2/3 C. flour
  • ½ C. dried cranberries
  • ¼ C. raisins
  • ¼ C. sunflower seeds
  • ¼ C. shredded coconut
  • 1 stick butter
  • ¼ C. brown sugar
  • ¼ C. honey
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine oats, corn flakes, cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds, coconut, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. In a saucepan, heat and stir together brown sugar, butter, and honey. When melted and well combined, pour over oat and fruit blend. Mix well and press into an even layer in a greased baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until firm and golden.
