This tasty chicken and rice stir fry is perfect for dinner. For this stir-fry, chicken and vegetables are fried with rice and a sweet soy sauce.

  • 1 cup long grain rice, cooked
  • 2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup pea pods
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ΒΌ cup Sugar

In a large wok, heat olive oil on medium heat.
Add in onion, carrots, pea pods, and corn.
Cook until onions are translucent and carrots are tender for 5-10 minutes.
Add in soy sauce and sugar.
Now add in chicken and rice and mix well.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
