  • 2 cans creamy tomato soup
  • 1 C. vodka
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 box Cavatappi noodles

In a medium saucepan, heat tomato soup, vodka, whipping cream, salt and pepper over medium heat until thick, for about 10 minutes.
Cook noodles according to box directions.
Cook chicken breasts in a skillet with olive oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Pour the sauce over the drained noodles and mix with chicken.
