  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T. fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 T. Thai red curry pasta
  • 1 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
  • 4 C. chicken broth
  • 1 C. water
  • 2 T. fish sauce
  • 2/3 C. coconut milk
  • 6 oz. pasta
  • Juice of 1 lime
