  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans beef broth
  • 1 box macaroni pasta
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded

In a large skillet, sauté garlic and onion while browning beef until cooked through. Sprinkle in flour and stir to combine. Pour in beef broth and tomato sauce; season with chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add dry pasta, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until pasta has absorbed sauce and is tender. Pour into a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
