Praline’s are a delicious, melt-in-your-mouth treat. These are so easy to make and even easier to snack on! The melty chocolate is the perfect texture complement to the toasted coconut flakes.

  • 1 C. sugar
  • 3 C. rolled oats
  • ½ C. butter, room temperature
  • 3 Tbs. cocoa
  • 2 Tbs. coffee, cold
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ⅔ C. coconut flakes, toasted

Combine the oats, sugar and butter in a bowl. Add in the cocoa, vanilla and coffee. Roll the mixture into balls and roll them in the coconut flakes. Refrigerate the balls for a few hours and serve!
