  • 1 pound of chorizo
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup of flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • Mini brioche buns, to serve
  • Arugula, to serve
  • Lime slices, to garnish

As an oiled skillet preheats over medium heat, mix together the chorizo, ground beef, onion, egg, red bell pepper, flour, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Form the chorizo mixture into about 24 small patties and add to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes on each side, or to the desired doneness. Transfer to a bun and top with arugula, lime and other condiments of your choosing. Serve and enjoy!
