Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. garlic herb and wine marinade
  • 1/4 C. oil
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 2 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. coarse pepper
  • 2 lb. boneless sirloin steaks, cut into 2-in. chunks
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions

Mix the marinade package, oi, water, cilantro, vinegar, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Add the steak and turn to coat well. Massage the steak and marinade for 4 to 5 minutes.

Remove the steak from marinade and thread the steak onto long double skewers. Sprinkle with 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese. Discard any remaining marinade.

Grill the steak over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached. Sprinkle the steak with the remaining cheese.
