  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup apples, chopped
  • 1 cup slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
