  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Grease four custard cups and pour the egg mix into the cups before sprinkling the cups with cinnamon and nutmeg. Put the cups in a baking pan and pour hot water in the pan so that there is ¾ inch of water. Bake for 55 minutes.
