Citrus Sage Chicken Breasts

The citrus ingredients mixed with dried sage makes this dish a favorite for the whole family. You even add lemonade to it.


  • 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can frozen lemonade (6 oz.)
  • 1/3 C. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. crushed dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp. dried, crushed thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mustard


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour 1/2 of mixture over the chicken and bake for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and pour the remaining sauce over top. Bake 15-20 minutes more until done.

Yield: 8 servings.
