  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1½ pound of ground beef
  • ½ cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 6 slices of American cheese
  • 6 burger buns
  • lettuce leaves and tomato slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine eggs, ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic powder and salt. Divide the mixture in 6. Shape each mound into a patty and place them on a greased sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip them over. Place a slice of cheese on each patty and bake for another 10 minutes.
Build each burger with bottom bun, lettuce, cheesy patty, tomato and top bun. Serve with everyone’s favorite couple, ketchup and mustard!
