  • 1 C. water
  • 1/3 C. applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 C. carrots, grated
  • 1 can chocolate frosting
  • 1 can vanilla frosting
  • 5 jars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, applesauce, water and eggs. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add carrots while mixing. Pour batter evenly in jars. Place jars on baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool on rack. Scoop frosting in each jar.
